30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to try your lock. If it isn't right for you, for any reason, you can return it in good condition for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

  1. Email contact.ivelko@gmail.com with your order number and "I'd like to return my order".
  2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address.
  3. Send the lock back within 14 days of your request, with its keys, in its original packaging if possible.
  4. We refund you within 14 days of your request. We may wait until we receive the lock or proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method used for the order.

Return shipping is paid by you. We pay it if the lock is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Defective lock

If your lock is defective, send us a photo or short video at contact.ivelko@gmail.com. We replace it or refund it, and any return is at our expense.
