Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders arrive 8 to 14 days after you order, processing included. This is the time announced by our carrier; we will update it once we have our own delivery data, whichever way it goes.

Packs of 2 or 3 locks

Each lock ships as a separate parcel, so a pack may arrive in 2 or 3 deliveries, possibly on different days.

Duties and fees

The price you pay at checkout is the total price: no duties or fees are charged on delivery.

Not received yet?

If your order hasn't arrived 14 days after you ordered, email us at contact.ivelko@gmail.com with your order number. We check with the carrier and keep you posted.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

Take photos of the parcel and its contents and send them to us within 48 hours. We replace or refund the item without asking you to send the damaged one back.
